Our monthly meetings, held on Friday mornings from 7 am to 9:30 am, accommodate both Pacific (PST) and Mountain (MDT) time zones. This encompasses businesses of varying sizes from large corporations to burgeoning startups.
Each session comprises two "bottleneck" sessions. First, two members get in the "hot seat" to present their challenges for group analysis and counsel. These sessions delve deep into the heart of the issue – offering clarity, insights, and actionable strategies to overcome obstacles. Then the second, larger group discussion unfolds and everyone further unpacks the guidance that was laid out in the first session.
Guests are welcomed into our community under a strict confidentiality pledge, ensuring that discussions remain privileged and members feel comfortable sharing sensitive information. And all members commit to upholding our Participation Agreement, reaffirming their dedication to maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of our group sessions.
